Fees & Procedures:

We offer two service plans for our data recovery services. Both plans offer guaranteed recovery! There is no charge if the file is not recoverable!

The main difference in the two plans are the price and turnaround time to get your data back. With our Premium plan you are guaranteed that we will begin work on your file immediately after we receive it.

The Standard plan is $300 and has a turnaround time of 48 hours*.

The Premium plan is $450 and has a turnaround time of 12 hours*.

The Password Utility Unlock Key is $30

* Turnaround times are estimates.

• The clock starts once your file has been uploaded to us.
• Turnaround times are estimates and due to the severity of the damage and size of the data file we may not be able to meet the deadline on all files.

After completion of the data recovery service request page, you will be sent a link to upload your file to a secure server. In the event of damaged media (a bad backup on floppy disks that won't restore) we recommend that you send the original disks by overnight mail.

Upon evaluation of your data, if there is any significant data loss, we will contact you with the projected outcome of your data. Based on that information you may let us know whether or not to continue with the recovery process.
